1.  INTENSIVE MEDIATION SERVICE PACKAGE (IMSP)  

Choose this package if you are ready to settle.  You know your cost of not settling at this point is high, and betting on a court settlement is no longer acceptable. The risk is too high.  You want the situation under control in the shortest possible timeframe. 

•       3 mediation sessions complete in one week

2.  PRIORITY MEDIATION SERVICE PACKAGE (PMSP) 

• Choose this package if your situation is complex, involves multiple parties and preparation time, and outside resources (legal advice) are required to support your mediation process.  At the same time, you want to kick start the resolution and further delay would jeopardize a resolution.

•      3 mediation sessions complete in 2 weeks 
•      plus 1 individual pre-mediation session

3.  PAY-AS-YOU-GO MEDIATION SERVICE PACKAGE (PAYG)

Choose this package if you are new to mediation and your conflict situations are less complex.  This package works well for consumer disputes, workplace conflict and two-party disputes (versus multi-parties).

With advanced mutual agreement, you are welcomed to invite your own legal adviser to support you on an advisory role to any mediation session. 

Fees are based on each participant.  There are also exceptions for special situations.  Flat-fee custom service packages for better budgeting.

All bookings will be confirmed after payment. 

Rescheduling is possible with 2-day's notice.  You will have at least 1 day's notice to get confirmation when you're on our waiting list.
